Procedure:

1. Please contact us and tell us about your wishes.

Whether one of our models coming from the Fair Fashion catalogue, or a picture, or a drawing… Descripe your needs
Precise the color and the wished material
Give us your measurements by sending back this document here.

2. We will then send you a definitive and firm estimate of you project’s realization

3. You agree.

After receiving the deposit (50% of the amount of your purchase), your order starts to being made. You can pay in Europe to one of Fair Fashion’s registered distributing partners.

5. You will receive your items directly to your place of residence or to one of the sales outlet you would have chosen, within a month after we got your deposit (one week for the making of the item(s), 3 weeks of transportation and custom clearance).

6. You pay the balance only when you receive your purchase and only when you are satisfied of your purchase.

Data Storage :

All the information related to your measurements is kept in Fair Fashion’s data base. You can rectify your information, whenever you want, by e-mail : fashionvn@hcm.fpt.vn .
