General Terms of sale

1. delivery

Most of our items are available in Europe and can be delivered within 48 hours. If some items are not available in Europe, you will be delivered within 1 month. You will be informed of this waiting time before the confirmation of your order. In this case, your items will be sent from Vietnam.

2. payement

Pour le sur mesure, un acompte de 50% est demandé à la commande. Le solde est a payé à la livraison.
Pour le prêt-à-porter, le réglement s'effectue à la commande ou en contre remboursement à la livraison (+ 9 euros tarif de La Poste)
Le réglement s'effectue par chèque ou par virement auprès de la société "Mathmafa Distribution" - 198 rue de la poste - 88600 La Chapelle Devant Bruyères.

3. Satisfaction

If ever you are not satisfied by a ready-to-wear item, you can send it back to us within 7 days. It will be exchanged or returned without any condition from us. The customer is liable for the postal charges.
